Hi Dan3; I agree. What the Rambus press release failed to mention is that Rambus lost in their attempt to get a new trial on different patents. (Ones where the Virginia Markman decision wouldn't limit the patents to RDRAM.) Instead, they're being tied to the already lost results. -- Carl
