For different reasons I subscribe (pay money) for a number of magazines and services. I try to utilize the information provided BUT rarely do I follow anyone's particular advice to the letter. Over the years i have found a comfortable mix of information sources, and try to integrate the info with my own experience and knowledge and make reasonable investment decisions.

I haven't been a long term subscriber to Cabot but, prior to subscribing I looked into it enough to know that over the past five years his record is outstanding. I lost a bundle on CTN, for which I blame myself and Pinez, and poor auditing -- not Cabot. I was stupid enough to continue to buy ths stock as it was falling -- believing the 10Q's. I hope to recoupe a little (very little) in the upcoming settlement. On the other hand I have made (so far this year) 25% on Jones Medical, 21 % on BE Avionics, 14 % on Presstek, 20% on McAfee and am breaking even on ZOLT -- all bought subsequent to reading about them in the Cabot newsletter. No I didn't sell when they dropped during the year, because none of the fundamental reasons i bought the stock for in the first place changed. My patience paid off.

I'm worried about ZOLT because of all of the prior posts especially flyguy's. Cabot gave a buy signal on the stock whenever it traded up to $34. It may be that, and only that, that is pushing up the price of the stock.

And yes I can blame Mr Jafari for asking (freeloading) for advice that others are paying for, especially when you all think the advice is bogus anyway. I guess he calls all of his doctor friends and lawyer friends for free medical and legal advice as well. I don't think it's silly, I think it's hypocritical.

Anyway, good luck and fortune in all of your investments.

Regards, aa
