pearly, I seek your opinion and advice. Seems to me (from the 2 articles I've read) that the Moscow Times is somewhat amusing in its penchant for sarcasm. And that it is a less than influential rag. Is there a news source from inside Russia (in English for a slacker like me) that is a more authoritative voice, or that would give us the official Kremlin line, as Pravda did in the bad old days? I'm hoping to gain some insight into the level of co-operation that might be developing between Washington and Moscow. A change for the better, IMHO. <smile> TIA, Ray
