Dave, No smell of collusion. Intel had 2 choices.
1 maximize profits now and let AMD grow larger
2 kill AMD now and maximize profits later.

They chose to try and kill AMD now and maximize profits later.

Now Intel is tryiny to get a pure monopoly again with the new 64 bit CPU.
