I wonder who the heck was sucked in today :)....
From the news release, one is difficult to figure out the obvious fake.
1) accounting firm don't audit an earning projection. (it's calllled pro forma analysis, hello)
2) No Chinese gov. dividion is going to engaged into auditing biz. I am sure they know what the liability is :)..
3) Who had see "overwhelming" response from NY investment community?

Let's read it again:
``The response from the
American investment community, particularly in New York, has been overwhelming.
These projections will be met with their assistance in funding.''

4) Look at the earnings and per share earning. One can project a good
understanding of how the total outstanding shares in the next 6 quaters. How do they get it there? Warrent or convertible junk bonds.
