Per Schwab On Friday, November 23, 2001, the Pre-Market Trading session will take place at its standard time, but all US markets will be closing early at 1:00 PM ET. Due to the early closing of US Markets, the After Hours Trading session on Friday, November 23 will take place from 1:15 PM - 4:00 PM ET (Orders will be accepted starting at 1:05 PM ET).
