Frank,
Do you have any info. on West Coast Mines (company with the 24.9 NPI)? Any of the same people involved in both companies? Considering the cash they paid for the claims, that additional 24.9 net seems like a pretty stiff price to pay. They say they have right of first refusal to buy out West Coast, but I haven't seen any details. I agree that they must have faith in the property to give so much for it.
