Just a little studies on the concept of"civilization" should stumble into concepts like
revenge, retaliation, neutral police, courts and human rights, even equality in front of
especially the law.

Just a some little studies on the nuremburg trial should find how it had and has
serious legal problems.

The issue of "declaring war" also have long and deep roots in legal thinking.
(one issue is how to declare peace with somebody one never has declared war on,
those familiar with those cases should know)

Concepts like "ultimate" are, however, not very well defined?? But makes for great emotional speaches,
just like "unthinkable" and "unspeakable" (I remember this little mustash using a lot of those
emotions, fairly skilled, just like Chaplin)

Ilmarinen

Someone put in simply "an eye for an eye and soon everyone is blind" (I do not know if it
included the issue of the tooth)
