Where do I find that View-->Options-->Format?
In IE6, the only options I can find are under Tools.

You need to get into the mplayer2.exe application. If you go from your task bar via Start => Find => Files and Folders, and search for mplayer2 that should locate it for you. Mine is in a folder C:\ProgramFiles\Windows Media Player, but yours could be somewhere else. Double click the file from the Find window and it should open with a blank screen except for the Windows Media icon. Navigate from the menu bar.
