AMGN: what would you do?

AMGN generates buy signals on many indicators, breaks out into a new uptrend. I was looking to get some AMGN calls. However, I can not pick an entry point. It just keeps going- up 4 yesterday and 2.5 today. I don't know if I should chase. When I was looking to buy calls, it was up $1.5, after I checked a few quotes and come back it's up $2.5! Will some profit taking bring it back to re-test the trend line it broke? Then again, if it comes back for re-test, it doesn't look as bullish anymore..

What do you think? What are the entry point for AMGN? What's the upside target?

Thanks.
