Here it is: Conquistador Mines Ltd (2) - News Release Conquistador installs new board and management Conquistador Mines Ltd (2) CMG Shares issued 43,816,637 Nov 21 2001 close $.010 Wednesday Nov 21 2001 News Release Dr. Raul Madrid reports Colin Watt and Ted Burylo have joined Conquistador's board of directors to replace Maurice Larose, Richard Steinberger, John (Tod) Floyd and Fernando Rico, who have resigned. Mr. Steinberger has also resigned as president and chief operating officer and Dr. Raul Madrid has resigned as chairman and chief executive officer. Mr. Watt has been appointed president. As a result of these changes, the company's board of directors now comprises Ted Burylo, Dr. Raul Madrid and Colin Watt. In addition, management intends to seek Canadian Venture Exchange approval to a share consolidation on a 1:5 basis, approved by shareholders at this year's annual general meeting.
