Go to Seder and you will find the circular's. As i speculated last saturday, it is all pretty much in regards to approving the flurry of equity transactions they have announced since July 2001.

Nothing really new, all the whinning on options etc has already been voiced.

As suggested, they are probably clearing off their plate for 2002 so they can focus on the company.

Looks like the market was right again. The collapse in price in August forward, notwithstanding the Sept11 stuff, correctly predicted that they would not receive any material orders and cash in the last months of calender year 2001. Wish it was wrong, and as always the market could still be proven incorrect, but i ain't betting any more against it.

I am still completely baffled by the real nature of the BS deal. It simply escapes me as to what was really agreed to.

At least we have the cash to weather out 4 months or so.
