Moron Milo Intel already has a Patent Cross License with AMD so it will not have to pay AMD to get a patent license. Sorry, no revenue for AMD. AMD announced signing of a renewal of a License earlier this year but there were no comments on payments. But if there are payments, AMD pays Intel so it can copy the IA32 compatible processor.
