One thing they have recognized that the silver property is uneconomic. Selling it was the only good thing this management has done since they came on board. What PFG needs to do is to is either fire Shrake or cut is salary. He has pick some real loser properties since he became the CEO. His style of throwing around cash has hurt PFG's rep because now they are considered big spenders. Not a good rep in Latin America. His performance is poor and deserves to be fired. But, we can't because of the management contract he has. How can we afford to pay him 15,000 per month. Let's find a better geologist who is hungry for the job. Luicho disaster simply proves my point. Since I have become a shareholder I will be a pain in the ass and here is a message for Management. LOWER YOUR SALARIES AND GET TO WORK. TIMES ARE DIFFERENT THAN WHEN YOU FIRST STARTED. THE COMPANY ISN'T HERE TO PROVIDE YOURSELF A UNDESERVING SALARY!!!!!!!!!!! DON'T USE THE SALE ON OVERHEAD AND YOUR SALARIES. YOU ARE WORKING FOR US NOT THE OTHER WAY AROUND. Mr. charred
