To the Board:
What if?
What if Sept. 11th was just a normal day?

Where would the stock market be?
Where would interest rates be?
How deep would the recession be?
Who would be blamed for the recession?
What would the projected surplus be?
Who would be blamed?
What would unemployment be?
What would the conversation be about the tax cuts?
Where would campaign finance be?
What would the conversation be about Social Security and investing it in equities?
What about a prescription drug benefit?
Where would the energy bill be?
What would the price of oil be?
How would Rumsfeld have solved the military budget problem and the 2 front war issue?
Where would star wars discussion be?
How big a story would the the Florida recount be?
Would there have been talk about a Palestinian state?
What would the president's approval rating be?

Just wondering what it would be like today if Sept. 11th were just another normal day.
