There was a lot of chatter on other threads about the response of the Northern Alliance against the Taliban recruits from other Arab states, in particular this sequence of pictures.

The same pictures are in that issue of Time. It seems that person was summarily executed. When you consider the hardships these people went through, you have to wonder why they did not treat him far more harshly.
