1 Billion shares of ENE, in case the past month was just a big mis-understanding (I know they aren't OTC, but they may be soon)

1.5 Billion shares of CMGI because they own every internet company that isn't itself traded publicly.

Rule Clarification: Are we allowed to purchase more than the float, assuming we'll do it through an offshore account?
