It looks like you guys are in the lead to get Moises Alou... espn.go.com How about Brady Anderson? The Birds released him. He may be on the "I'll show 'em!" come back trail like Boone was last year when the Padres dumped him unceremoniously. Could be a good pick up to wake up the fans too.
