It is not the goal of this thread to philosophize, question the wisdom of, or try to edit the Holy Qur'an.... NOT BY ANY MEANS. There is a big difference between that and searching for the meaning of its verses. The goal here is what is stated, to provide links to resources and debunk misrepresentations of Qur’an and Islam and clarify misunderstandings of it. One either believes that the Holy Qur’an is the word of God and accepts ALL of it as such, or does not. Picking and choosing is tantamount to not accepting it as the word of God as revealed to His Prophet Muhammad (pbuh). I have blocked some people who were doing just that. One such person is Addi, soroush, sstevenson, mrstevenson, mr_stevenson and mister_stevenso. regards amein
