Screwed just in time for XMAS

I just ordered a Christmas present online from JCPenney, and they charged me the sales tax! This is the first time I have been charged the sales tax online. Now, I will NEVER order anything else from anyone online ever again, unless there is no other possible way of obtaining what I need.

It's bad enough having to pay their bloated "shipping and handling" fees.

All of my friends and relatives are reacting in the same way; No more online purchases -- period.
