bosquedog, just checked my BIOS settings and it seems I lied :-( The CPU is overclocked to 1.065 not 1.1Ghz as I originally posted. Just tested at 1.1Ghz, no change in fan speed, above 1.1 the fan runs faster which is what I was trying to avoid. It's a good compromise with an adequate temperature buffer zone. The memory is overclocked to 7ns (143Mhz) as posted. Regards, Nick
