Bresticles, the file may be contained within a compressed file used for installing some software you run. Therefore it will not show up when you scan any disk. A Dynamic Link Library is loaded when a program requiring services from the library is executed. The problem is to find which program that is using the DLL. A difficult process if you don't have software development tools. If you have programs that are called from the Startup menu (START-->PROGRAMS-->STARTUP) you need to remove them one at a time, rebooting after each removal and note which program you removed stopped the offending message. A tedious process. Once, identified, reinstall that program from the install disk. The DLL will be installed from the compressed install disk files.

Regards,
Nick
