Re: Could this be why intel has been saying that SOI has no benefit, because they were working on this 2nd generation stuff... LOL!!! Sure, sure. And AMD didn't have yield or performance problems with the .25 K6, they were "working on second generation stuff." Face it. Being a year late to copper, Intel was a year late to learning that .13 and below needs SOI.
