Nasdaq 3000 next year may be fair. Some think in 2002 there will be solid economic recovery and restart of capital spending to current equipments. * 10 Rate cuts * Economic stimulas * Capital upgrade - Past capital (even is overspent) is ancient and there is need for new technology upgrades (ala Y2K)
