When to Buy! Well I trade off charts. QLGC bottomed out after a perfect decline formation. I have tried to teach a few people how to read charts and nobody seems to have any interest. Curious,considering how easy it is to make money in the market if you can read charts. I picked the start of the bear market last Fall within 3 days and a hot shot at Raymond James laughed at me. Curious how Wall St. stays so far away from charts as if they don't want people to understand them, or perhaps they are either too stupid or would rather preach "our analyst says" BS.
