i don't find that cloak and dagger at all.. not even close to the GATA chirade (as a sector story)...

this is basic reorg at its finest in many respects and worth a minute or two... perhaps more given the simplicity of the problem vs. telecom shake out, sub telecom supplier shake out, and other less simple play sets.

this stuff with NEM is enlightened ploy... certainly not without risk... but its thoughtful, creative and attempted in one of the most bearish climates for any industry in our living memory... even without an investment its worth taking a look at the mosaic. IMO.
