Just use your purchase price of NNC. It cost you X-dollars for so many shares of NNC but now you have less because of the conversion. As long as you sell all of your AT then you wouldn't need to know the cost per/share. If you are not doing that then you have to take the cost of your purchase price of NNC divided by the amount of AT shares you have to get the purchase price per share.
