I finally took a nibble [4.25] for similar reason - 50+% discount to expected value. Also recent articles indicate to me that DYN walkaway with pipeline may not be feasible since if ENE filed BK, DYN's claim would conflict with other creditor claims...so they very likely would end up in line without sure claim on the pipeline. They hugged the tar baby britannica.com , now they gotta dance with it. This is a small speculative position that I may blow out if situation changes. No way is this a situation where someone should bet the ranch, IMO.
