Constantine, Re: "I just read the Intel release about the terahertz transistor. It seems to me that the leakage problem in .13 is real and Intel send off a bunch of researchers to try and fix it and in doing that they came up with the stuff they describe in their press release."

This logic has a lot of holes. Do you think that Intel was completely blind about their .13u process until just recently? Do you think that the kind of research that allows for "Terahertz" transistors can just be "come up with" in a short amount of time?

No, Intel has spent years on this research, and what you are seeing now are the fruits of a lot of expense and hard work. Trying to say that Intel came up with a quick fix to an as yet undiscovered problem is an insult to the engineers responsible for this discovery. I would expect such a story from the AMDroids, but I expected more from you.
