Farm Bureau points expire at the end of the 3rd calendar year after accrual; hence up to four calendar years.

the first USA offer I got was giving 1% rebate on purchases and on interest paid.

Amex cash rebate card (1.5%) is worth a look because their convenience checks are valid for the grace period and rebate if made out to a business, this allows many many payments not otherwise chargeable. (can't make payments to financial institutions or to yourself or individuals)

if you shop from LLBean, their card is good for free postage, about a 10% savings on my average order.

Shell 1% rebate, and 5% on shell gas is good if there is a Shell station conveniently located, and it has competitively priced gas

see www.creditcardgoodies.com for more insight. also see
groups.yahoo.com "rebate" group for more discussion
