I didn't really follow the PGE Pacific Gas but I beleive the bankruptcy involved a unit, not the PCG corportate parent and the parent was successful in sheilding the parent from creditors. PCG, the corporate entity never filed. There are a number of asbestos litigants trading well above shareholder wipeout levels [USG] for reasons I don't entirely understand. Usually shareholders are wiped out, but often there's trading well above this expected outcome...partly due to speculator irrationality, I suspect. This is why my 'no deal' scenario calls for ENE to drop to 1.50...I feel confident, I'll catch a bid in that area.
