(Oops..O/T..Thought I was on HTP) Hi all... Popped in to check the state of markets. Been watching homebuilders BZH LEN RYL TOL closely since KB brought them up a while ago. Really nice 2 day surge Wed/Fri., on low volume. Looking to short again. I traded BZH last week a bunch. It is like riding a bucking bronco, it moves really fast up and down...we are talking 30 seconds to respond to a surge sometimes. Was in and out 3 times on Tuesday, both long and short. KB, do you have any sense on the historical P/E's of the builders? Even today, most of them are pretty low...in the 7's and 8's. Or, is there historically huge fluctuations in profitability? Still watching, but doesn't 'feel' right today, either. ENE is a pretty sad state of affairs. Morale there must be really bad. Cosmo
