I rather like conservative views but clearly this man went over the top. To use the Bible, a book of Love, as your battering-ram to imply that the reason the WTC event happened was because God turned his back on the U.S. over our homosexual population is ridiculous. God had nothing to do with this event! If we accept that our God allows innocent children to die from disease, murder, incest, beatings and other things than why would we think he would disallow this from happening if there were fewer homosexuals? It seems like a convenient opportunity for Falwell to bash people over the head with his holier than thou candelabra to me. Tinky Winky anyone? <g>
