listening to the webcast, I keep losing the audio feed............ biz.yahoo.com lots of good news, IMO. It will take review to describe the high points, and clarity from Glass re. what will and will not trigger milestones/royalties would help. However, buried in very good news was bad news. So.... while I can defer re. the good news, here's the bad............ Preclinical testing of OSI-760 (I presume that the previous nomenclature was OSIC-113760) has revealed some liabilities or potential toxicities. They have identified two backup molecules that lack these toxicities. Moreover, there is an "adenosine mechanism" in the allergy response. That is, A1-selective antagonists apparently have an additional "positive" for asthma that was not expected.
