Why would DYN buy this dog now when they can get in cheaper as time goes on and ENE will inevitably experience liquidity problems? ENE is junk grade all around, no point to pay a premium when the company is sinking.

ENE might see a dead cat bounce after it hits the low 3's or high 2's.....still too much selling to move this piggy up.
