I believe that we are seeing the slow emasculation of OPEC right now. I think that they are losing their ability to dictate world oil prices. And yes, I could be overshooting it, those numbers are a "potential", certainly not a guarantee.

The .75pt chart gives a pretty good guide. If I was trading it (I am not) I would be looking for a top around 21.0/21.5
