Break out the rally towels boys! The chart is once again showing signs of life. Has anyone else noticed that with the last few retracements, the new "bottoms" are higher than the old "bottoms". What a wonderful thing! I wonder if the news for this latest upswing is going to be the patent approval for PEC that may happen by the end of June (anyone else notice how close to the "end of June" June 27th is?) or the IPO for ONTRO. I must apologize for my latest rantings, I am recovering from a severe bout of "irrational exuberance"!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
