Not really. Dissent implies you are responding to some sort of statement with which you take issue. If you never let the person finish his/her statements, what exactly are you dissenting from? Further, what right do you have to impede the rights of others to hear what is being said? Finally, as my Mom would say, its rude to interrupt..... JLA
