Sergio, I think the Russians will use oil to try and re-establish themselves as a global power..And at this point in time, the globe wants low energy prices, and I think that is what Russia will shoot for- make the globe happy..Interesting politics in Russia, I almost see them aligning with the US..If you can't beat them, join'em comes to mind..Russia has the opportunity to present themselves to the rest of the world in a much different light than in the past.And oil is a way for them to do this..I don't think oil has bottomed, in fact Russia stated their oil bidness is break even at $13/brl...I'm looking for $15.00/16.00 before it's said and done..to early for oils and osx IMO..DD
