I am not so concerned with the ones that are guilty.....hell, execute them without a trial. It is the guys who are not guilty who I worry about. I wouldn't want to be a Middle Eastern man on trial in any court right now. But a secret tribunal????? A military tribunal??? What are the chances that the members who make up a military tribunal have a strong bias?
