Eons ago it was a war between BRCM and CNXT to see who would win most of the cable modem market. BRCM clearly beat CNXT but CNXT has a lot of backing since it was a spin off of fairchild.

Now it seems like CNXT is trying to get back in the market. Any ideas of what kind of threat CNXT might be?
