Wish I could tell you what the Satellite service is like. I use ATT cable and recommend it.

Arguments for Satellite: 1) The theoretical bandwidth is as good as cable and you can, in theory, get even more on the downlink. 2) It is available everywhere.

Argument against Satellite: 1) The spectrum allocated and spot (defined by antenna on satellite) create a limited bandwidth pipe. Not a problem until you get a very concentrated population subscribing to the service. Then it will start to degrade. It is all very new so we will have to see how things go. 2) Possible interruptions during severe storms (when you need it most)?
