Round trip time is 2 seconds Are you sure about that? Where do you get your information? The TV reporters in Afghanistan seem to have a 2 second delay but that is because they bounce off geostationary orbits. I thought DISH and GMH were LEO satellites (low earth orbit). I know the Microsoft project will not have the delay problem and it is LEO.
