i do know that Credit Card companies such as MBNA are making a killing on this deal.The average credit card interest rate has dropped but 2% this year because they have in their fine print a floor level where their interest rates can fall to--and they that reached many months ago.
So they could be burrowing this cheap money and using it in various ways to make a killing--but have NO idea in what way they actually are exploiting this situation;however,i am sure they are exploiting it,somehow.Max
