Man, my middle name is Dino... My first computer was ZUSE-23. Did some great stuff in partial diff. equations on it. Had HUGE (8K! of 10, I said !TEN! bit) periphery in a form of a magnetic !drum! (know the Edison's talky drum? think its magnetic analogon) Also very big buffers - in a form of large dust bins to hold punched paper tape coming out one way, going in the other way. etc dj
