I will pray for Barbie and her family. I had a Bible study with Jr. High teens. One of them was losing both parents to cancer. The daughter in my Bible study was not close, at all, to her parents. We were able to discuss this. I said, she was the only one that was able to reach them, for Jesus (humanly speaking). The Mother was bitter and angry and only allowed a few visitors. My Mother was the 5th grade teacher for the daughter, so she was allowed to visit.

This seems so minor, but it was a major thing that the daughter finally took a balloon to her Mother. This family was not communicating. I will not be surprised if that balloon got through to her Mother. God is in control. This family is probably angry, and they need prayers. Who understands that better than the Lord?
