Dear M: No, he is in Deerfield Beach, Fla. but I am sure he could ship. If it turns out as nice as I think you could order it and have him ship it. Inexpensive, he started out quoting my $10 and I told him, well if you want to add some more artistry go ahead and do it and just raise the price as I thought that was very inexpensive. So I am not sure just what it will cost but probably under $15. jdn
