Another indication of a top on COMP From my friend shoreco: "The Summation index has only been above zero 5 times since October 1998 and each time it went above zero it marked a short term top. Not once in 3 years has the Nasdaq rallied after this indicator went positive, except for the Fall of 1999 and even then it marked a pullback before the run into 2000."
