Varian SLAPP trial score board: Yesterday the fascist Varian SLAPP plaintiffs rested their case subject to a little fella (the VAR CEO) who hasn't yet been able to come: geocities.com So far Varian has shown: -that the use of TWO lavatories were recorded by the camera secretly hidden in SLAPPer Felch's office; -that SLAPPer Felch is indeed a liar or hallucinator as her false allegations remain unsubstantiated; -that SLAPPer Zdasiuk did indeed unabashedly and repeatedly violate company policy; -and that not a single message board posting by the anti-SLAPP defendants has been proven false. All this and I have not yet begun to fight! Be careful who you SLAPP!
