Sold my small position at a modest loss based on lower expected value [4.63] that didn't meet my margin of safety requirements. Anybody else pissed that people with knowledge that an adjusted deal was being negotiated...and the terms of the deal, were in the market...I think yesterdays price drop represented the presence of informed sellers. I know it happens, always has, always will, but I'd still like to see some headlines indicating those that do it are headed to the slammer.
